I started SchoolSafe Systems because too much generic industry guidance was being shoehorned into education. Schools need something different — so I built a consultancy around delivering exactly that.
My story
I'm Paul — an H&S professional with over 25 years' experience working in and alongside schools, multi-academy trusts and other educational settings.
SchoolSafe Systems is a one-person consultancy by design. You deal with me directly from the first call through to every report, audit and review — no account managers, no rotating consultants.
The aim is simple: clearer visibility of risk, practical actions, and manageable compliance support for busy schools.
